Choosing the right workout or program can be challenging, with so many factors to consider—where you are in your fitness journey, your goals, and your current physical fitness level, just to name a few. That’s why we steer clear of one-size-fits-all programs. Every body is unique, and while we know that everyone benefits from exercise, not everyone benefits from the same training plan.

When creating your personalized plan, we’ll discuss your current and past medical history, any injuries, your goals, lifestyle, and desired level of fitness. We’ll assess your strengths and weaknesses to develop a customized program designed to help you succeed. If an injury is limiting your progress, we may recommend physical therapy or provide an appropriate referral before starting a new exercise program.

Physical Therapy

For those in the Northern Virginia area, we offer in-home physical therapy and dry needling services. Thanks to Virginia’s “direct access” law, you no longer need a referral from a physician to receive physical therapy. This allows you to see a musculoskeletal expert without the delays of multiple appointments or insurance approvals. To ensure the highest level of care and avoid the delays that can come with insurance authorization, we offer competitive cash pay rates for our services. However we understand that paying out of pocket might not work for everyone, we do participate with some insurance so give us a call to check insurance eligibility.

Personal Training

Our personal training programs are designed around you, not a template. Whether you’re looking for 1-1 training or someone to build you a program, we tailor everything to your current fitness level, goals, and availability. During your initial consultation, you’ll meet with both Ashley and Arron to discuss your medical history, any injuries, your fitness goals, and the time you can commit to training. We’ll then create a personalized program just for you. To keep you on track, we’ll have weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure your success.
